I would like to thank you all, for your custom and support. From Tuesday 3rd December 2024 a new price list and new cancellation policy will be introduced.
We will be increasing our prices due to the increase of supplier and energy costs. As a business we tried not to raise prices, however due to these costs we've now had no choice but to increase our prices.
Harpers of Westbourne Cancellation policy
We appreciate that unexpected events arise occasionally, however last minute cancellations have a significant impact on our business. They reduce the working hours and revenue of our dedicated staff. With that in mind we ask clients to advise us of any changes within 48 hours of their appointment.
If you cancel your appointment on the day or less than 24 hours notice, you will fail to provide us with enough notice and you will be required to pay full payment of your cancelled appointment.
